　　Today's society is a highly developed technological society.But,as is known to us,all our environment is getting worse and worse.

　　In some places,the air and water pollution is so serious that it causes many deaths.At the same time,many animals and plants are in danger because of the destruction of their habitats.so a low carbon life is being more and more popular among people.A low carbon life can be of great use for us .Therefore,we must take the necessary measures to reduce the environmental impact of carbon dioxide.But what should we do for it?

　　In my view,First of all,as students,we should go to school on foot instead of driving a car.Cars not only let out carbon dioxide but also waste energy.Second,we had best not use plastic bags which can bring about the white pollution.We should use the environmentally-friendly bags.Third,it's of great use to plant trees.Trees can absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen.Now we can from our own,to promote low-carbon living.

　　From now on we started operations! I believe that only we do thus can we have a better living environment.

We can find it in many aspects，such as low-carbon products，low-carbon consumption，and low-carbon travel and so on. Generally speaking，more and more people are advocating “low-carbon” lifestyle.

　　As implied in the name，“low-carbon” lifestyle is a kind of new pattern of lifestyle which aims to lowering the carbon dioxide emission in living as much as possible. For example，some office workers are not proud of driving private cars from work to home any more but pride themselves on riding or taking public transportation. In addition，they advocate recycling water and saving energy as much as they can.

　　就像名字暗示的那样，“低碳”的生活方式，是一种旨在尽量降低生活中二氧化碳排放量的新型生活方式.例如，一些上班族不再以开私家车上班回家自豪，而是骑车或乘坐公共交通工具而感到骄傲.此外，他们提倡循环用水，尽可能多的节俭能源.

　　As college students，we also make some contribution in our daily life to reduce the emission of the carbon dioxide. For example，switch off the light when leaving and save water. In addition，we should use our knowledge and action to arouse others’ concern about the importance of lowering emission of carbon dioxide and lead them to lead a “low-carbon” life.

　　作为大学生，在日常生活中我们也做了一些贡献来减少二氧化碳的排放.例如，在离开的时候关灯，节俭用水.并且，我们应当利用我们的知识，采取行动来引起别人对降低二氧化碳排放的重要性的关注并引导他们过“低碳生活”.

　　Nowadays, there are a considerable number of individuals who prefer to lead a low-carbon lifestyle which find expression in the fact that more and more commuters are using public transportation system in their daily life.  Low carbon lifestyle can endow us and our society with numerous benefits. Firstly, it goes beyond doubt that low carbon lifestyle contributes a lot to the environmental protection and it is a favorable way to slow down the rate of climate change of our earth, which also means a lot to our health.

　　We are supposed to undertake the responsibility to lead a low-carbon lifestyle, which is of great significance. And there is a diversity of measures we can take so as to lead such an environmental-friendly life. For one thing, we are expected to minimize the use of private cars, which emit a large amount of greenhouse gases. For another, we are supposed to cultivate the public awareness of energy conservation for energy in the world today is decreasing rapidly. For instance, we can turn off electrical appliances if not necessary as well as using renewable materials. Furthermore, at our leisure, we can seek opportunities to plant more trees which can absorb carbon-dioxide.

　　In brief, low-carbon lifestyle is nothing but the best choice for us and only in this way can we form a harmonious relationship with the environment.
